Conditions

  • All our gift packs are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • All packages include accommodation and breakfast for all occupants.
  • To redeem the gift pack, write to info@ladehesaexperiences.com or call 617780653 and provide your voucher number.
  • Gift packs are non-refundable.
  • Dates cannot be modified once booked.
  • The minimum stays indicated by the establishment must be complied with.
  • A maximum of one pack is allowed per day of stay.
  • In the Suite or Tubbo vouchers you can choose either of the two modalities.
  • The voucher cannot be used for commercial or marketing actions without the consent of the hotel.

Stay

  • The suites have a maximum capacity of 2 people.
  • The Tubbos have a maximum capacity of 2 people.
  • Junior suites have a maximum capacity of 4 people. The base price is calculated for two people. To come with 3 or 4 people you must choose the rate that includes 3 and 4 people or contact the establishment to pay the difference.
  • Babies between 0 and 2 years old enjoy free accommodation with cot and high chair service at no additional charge.
  • If you come with a pet, an additional charge of €20/night will be requested and it is necessary to notify the establishment in advance. We will provide a bed and food and water containers for your pet.

Reservations

All weekends of the year are considered high season.

Low season: October 1st to March 30th.

Low season packages are only redeemable from Monday to Thursday.

Peak season: April 1 to September 30 and all weekends, holidays and holiday eves throughout the year.

Gold Pack. If you select the Gold Pack option, the voucher is valid any day of the year that the establishment has availability without additional supplements.

All low season packages will have the following dates excluded: (2024) Oct 11-13, Oct 31-Nov 3, Dec 5-Dec 9, Dec 26-Jan 5, Feb 13-14, Feb 27-28, Oct 10-12, Dec 5-7, Dec 31.

All high season packages that are not "gold package" will have to pay €50/night on the following dates: (2024) 11-13 Oct. 31 Oct-3 Nov. 5 Dec-9 Dec. 26 Dec- 5 Jan, 13 & 14 Feb, 27 & 28 Feb, 11-20 Apr, 30 Apr-3 May, 10-12 Oct, 5-7 Dec, 31 Dec.

On weekends from April to September and from 15/7 to 15/9, a supplement of €50/night will apply (except Gold Pack).

On weekends, holidays and eves a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

New entries are not permitted on Sundays.

The establishment will be closed from 11 to 26 December.

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 11:00 a.m.
