LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE 2-NIGHT AND 1-EXPERIENCE COMPETITION AT LA DEHESA EXPERIENCES.
- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE COMPETITION.
GLAMPING LA DEHESA, SL with CIF B56107774 and registered office at Calle Alhóndiga 10 14430 Adamuz – Cordoba is organizing the national COMPETITION, to be developed through the Instagram account of La Dehesa Experiences (@la_dehesa_experiences).
- START DATE AND END DATE.
The draw will start on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. and will end on Sunday, June 1, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND DRAW MECHANICS.
The participation requirements will be the following:
- Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate.
- Participants who have previously visited La Dehesa Experiences must send their photos by email to info@ladehesaexperiences.com from May 23, 2023 to May 28, 2023.
The La Dehesa Experiences team will select the 3 finalist photographs, which will be put to a vote on our Instagram profile (@la_dehesa_experiences) from June 30 to June 1, 2023.
- CONDITIONS OF THE DRAW.
The winner will be chosen based on the number of comments on La Dehesa Experiences Instagram.
The prize will consist of a 2-night stay at La Dehesa Experiences and an experience to be redeemed subject to availability at the hotel. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be changed or altered.
The prize is non-transferable. The reservation will depend on the availability of the accommodation. The prize does not include travel. The prize can be redeemed from November to March from Monday to Thursday, except on public holidays and eves. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize must be redeemed by a person of legal age. The prize cannot be redeemed during the accommodation's high season, or on public holidays and long weekends. The participating photos may be shown on La Dehesa Experiences' social networks and in publications with mention of the author.
- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Raffle, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Raffle.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION.
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file owned by this company, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.
We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, oblivion and not be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@nimbomovil.com attaching a copy of an identification document.
- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
